Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting to or playing on GTA: Philippine Reality Roleplay (the “Server”), you agree to these Terms. Disagree? Don’t connect.

2. Independent Project

Server is a fan-made, non-commercial modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or SA-MP/open.mp developers.

3. Eligibility

No strict age limit set. Players under 18 should have parent/guardian awareness before playing and before making any donation.

4. Account & Access

• Access tied to your Discord account (used for verification/whitelist).
• You’re responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
• One player = one character slot policy unless staff grants exception.
• Server reserves right to refuse, suspend, or ban access at its discretion for rule violations.

5. User Conduct

Prohibited:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party hacks/scripts, or RPC/packet manipulation.
• Harassment, hate speech, real-life threats, doxxing.
• Impersonating staff or other players.
• Advertising other servers.
• Sharing malicious files/links. Violations may result in warnings, kicks, temp/permanent bans — staff decision is final, subject to appeal via Discord.

6. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and support server costs (hosting, development).
• Donations grant only in-server perks/cosmetics as defined at time of purchase — no real-world monetary value, not exchangeable, not refundable except where required by law.
• Server reserves right to change or discontinue donation perks at any time.

7. User-Generated Content

Roleplay content, character names, and in-game creations remain subject to Server moderation. Server may remove/edit content violating rules without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Server provided “as is.” No guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted service. Character data, inventory, or progress may be lost due to technical issues — Server not liable for such loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

Server, its staff, and developers are not liable for indirect, incidental damages arising from use of the Server, including donation-related disputes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued play after changes = acceptance. Major changes announced via Discord.

11. Governing Law

Governed by laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
